Cultivated with simple ingredients (organic tea and sugar, and water), the resulting kombucha is borne of the trans-formative powers of SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) and the fermentation process. The tiny biochemical factory which IS the SCOBY, produces valuable substances which become part of the kombucha; glucaronic acid, acetic acid, lactic acid, vitamins, amino acids and beneficial bacteria like Acetobacter and Gluconacetobacter.

Drip Coffee: Brewed in small batches to guarantee the best flavor and feeling. We typically have a light and dark roast available. 8 ounces and up.
Espresso: Concentrated coffee made when hot water is forced at pressure through fine coffee grounds. Typically, 2 oz.
Americano: A shot of espresso diluted with hot water. 8 oz and up.
Latte: Espresso with steamed milk. Our most popular beverage. 8 oz and up.
Cappuccino: An espresso shot combined with foamed steamed milk. 8 oz and up.
Macchiato: Espresso topped with a dollop of foamed steamed milk. Between 2 and 3 oz.
Mocha: Espresso mixed with organic Holy Kakow single-origin cacao and rich Colombian sugar. 8 oz and up.
Cortado: Espresso topped with flat steamed milk. 4 to 4.5 oz.
